This isn’t a “watch videos and disappear” program or the pressure of 1-1 weekly coaching.

Do I need to follow a meal plan?
No. Meal plans are optional tools, not required. I provide example meal plans but more importantly than that I will teach you how to create balanced meals for yourself.
What if I miss habits or calls?
That happens. This is about building consistency, not perfection. We will teach you how to build up your habits in a sustainable way so you can become more consistent over time. If you miss a call - email me your questions and I will make sure they get covered in a future call or during a LIVE Q&A in the group.
Is this good if I have health conditions?
Yes — habits are adaptable, and nothing is extreme or restrictive. Always consult your primary care provider first before making changes. You can also add on 1-1 consults as needed to be additional personalized help from Coach Ali.
Is this like 1-1 nutrition coaching?
No, this is not 1-1 coaching, it is on you to show up to calls, ask questions & get help when needed. 1-1 clients have a much more tailored approach.
How much does it cost to add on a 1-1 consult?
30 mins = $89
60 mins =1 hr $165
Add as many or as few 1-1 consults as you want.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. I strongly recommend a minimum of 6 months to cement these healthy habits but if you would like to cancel, we can do that for a small $25 admin fee.
