1. Begin logging your normal food & beverage intake in a journal or the Cronometer App (or https://cronometer.com). If you have a weight loss goal please record at least 4 morning body weight scale measurements in your Cronometer log while tracking your food.
Email your food log to Ali (Ali@ParksideNutrition.com) or Share your Login information if using an app.
2. Book your intake call (~45 mins - 1 hr) with Coach Ali. Please select a day that allows you to have completed at least 7 days of food tracking in Cronometer so we have some information to work from unless Ali has specifically stated otherwise.
Once you select a day & time that works for you. You will receive a Zoom link & confirmation via email. Please Add this appointment to your calendar and set reminders if needed.
3. Complete the intake form below. Please have all of your intake information (intake form, food log, supplement list, medication list, recent blood work, etc) submitted to me at least 48hrs before our scheduled call.
